This thankful Thursday, I am very thankful that my blogger friend Linn and her family made it safely out of their burning log cabin. Please go to: http://aplacecalledsimplicity.blogspot.com/ The house may be a total loss and they are going to sift thru the ashes today to see what can be salvaged. So many memories... It's heart wrenching and I truly feel for this family. I hope Linn doesn't mind that I put this picture up of her beautiful family... & a few of the kids are missing from the photo!
They are truly inspiring and a total reflection of God's love. WE SHOULD ALL BE MORE LIKE THIS COUPLE!! Linny & Dwight have adopted most of their children... they have 9 of them! Yep, that's right!! And they have one more daughter, precious 7 year old Jubilee, in China waiting for them. How awesome is that!?!?!! When folks ask Linny - "Why do you want to keep adopting?" Linny's response is - "Why not?" :o) There should be more folks like Linny and DW in this world. Linn actually took time to send me a "thank you" for all the prayers on my blog post yesterday... Unbelieveable... She's amazing!
If you feel compelled, a fund has been set up in the family's honor, to help! Money donations & gift cards will be accepted... (I'm thinking Walmart or Target) Many prayers are needed too!

There family is just beautiful! I wish that we could do the same thing! I would love to have children from all over the world. They are true children in God!!!
