As you know, we went to Virginia and spent time celebrating our 2nd Gotcha Day. We have pledged that we will do something "fun" every year on this special day, as a family. I mean... it is the MOST celebrated day of the year for us! It's the day God bestowed upon us, our most precious gift, Lilli.
This year's trip was scheduled so we could meet up with our good travel friend's Becky and Hannah. Hannah was from the same SWI orphanage as Lilli... In fact, they are only a week apart in age.
I will do this post in a series, because in true Jenny fashion, I took a bazillion pictures!! Not kidding!! The first post will be of just me, Danny and Lilli-bug. We were in Virginia Beach a whole day before Becky and Hannah arrived.
We had time for a picnic on the beach, as well as lots and lots of bubble blowing... Lilli's favorite pastime!! Then, with great anticipation, we waited for our friends to arrive!
Our 2nd Gotcha Day celebration will continue this weekend, as we are meeting our friend's the Casteen's - Ronnie, Pat and Isabella in Wilmington. On tap... the Wilmington Children's Museum http://www.playwilmington.org/index/page/index/ & "Elijah's" http://elijahs.com/index.php by the waterfront for lunch. We can't wait to see them.

Jenn- Elijah's is our favorite place in Wilmington! I am jealous. Eat lots of good food for us, too! I agree-- Gotcha Day is one of the biggest and best celebrations of the year. Lilli-big looks beautiful! I know you had a wonderful trip!
