I guess I shouldn't have been so optimistic about the disappearance of Lilli's nosebleeds after the cauterization surgery in August. Yesterday, completely out of nowhere, while driving down the road on the way to Lilli's tap class, her nose began to bleed. It was a GUSHER! She was so scared and I totally panicked... I pulled over, dried her tears, cleaned her up... & called Danny!!! He has such a calm about him in most situations, I knew he'd know what to do. He immediately called the hospital and asked for Lilli's doctor to be paged.
Earlier in the day Lilli had her flu shot, so our first thought was the flu shot correlated in some way with the nose bleed. No such luck!! Dr. Agsten (her general doctor) proceeded to get Dr. Hosea (her ENT Specialist) on the phone for a consult. Danny listened as the 2 doctors discussed the situation at length, only for them to come up with the answer "we don't know."
