1st Recital - CHECK!

The recital was a SUCCESS!!! Lilli was fantastic and really knew her routine. She has so much coordination and terrific memory skills. She's definitely a dancer!!  I am so proud of my little bug!!
Now, as a Mommy, I get to rest... I am so happy to have the summer off, but boy will Lillibug miss going to her classes. She's met so many wonderful friends and her teachers have been awesome. We will certainly miss Mrs. Jessica (she won't be teaching next year) and Miss Danielle. We'll also miss seeing Mrs. Mary Beth & Mr. Joe, the owners.

Can't wait to see what next year's tap class brings. Lilli has expressed that she really wants to take ballet too, but I am not sure my work schedule will permit. I told her that she may have to wait to take ballet when she's 5 years old.... for now, that seems to have pacified her. (phewwwww!)
Personally, I think she needs to take an acrobatics course, but it isn't offered until an older age. Lilli is already doing lots of tumbling around the house. I am afraid she's going to break something, (uhhhh, herself) so I'd love it if she could learn the CORRECT way to do the death-defying acrobatics that's she's been attempting daily. LOL
