We invited my best friend Martha and her daughter Lydia over for dinner on Saturday evening. The company was wonderful and Danny did a great job grillin' the chicken!
Unfortunately, we noticed the house was getting warmer thru dinner... Guess what?!! The A/C quit working! Thank goodness the repair man came and fixed it on Sunday... at no additional charge for weekend work, I might add!! Nice fella!! :o) Our home is back to a comfortable 76° today. So much to be thankful for!

Prayer Request - My good friend and bible study leader, Catherine, was taking a nature walk with her daughter's yesterday and came up on a ground hornet's nest. Her youngest was stung 4 times, Catherine approx. 15-20 times... & thankfully, the older daughter none, however she was traumatized by the event. Please pray for their comfort and healing. If you've never had the experience, a hornet sting is VERY painful!
