Apparently, he decided it was time to find a girlfriend or four! We are getting him neutered in October (It's the earliest we can have it done... he has to be 6 months old!!)
We got a phone call only 5 minutes after putting "LOST" signs up!! Lilli is sooooo happy! (Mommy and Daddy are happy too)

Yes, you read the blog's title right... Zippy-do-dah is MISSING! He disappeared yesterday about 3:00 and hasn't returned home. He adores being outside... & darts out everytime we open the door. Yesterday, Lilli had a birthday party to attend, so Zippy went out while we were gone. He is normally very good about staying close by... but when we returned home a couple of hours later, he had vanished.
Lilli and Zippy have a special relationship! VERY SPECIAL! Now I have a seriously pitiful 2 year old on my hands!Danny searched last night and again this morning, until he had to go to work. NOTHING! Zippy's a boy, so I am hoping that he is just doing a little "adventuring" like male cats are known to do...
I know there are much more serious "needs" in the world to be prayed about, but could you please say a little prayer that Zippy-do-dah shows back up? We have all grown very attached to him. He's a great fit for our family and Lilli's sooooo sad!! :o(

Oh- NO! We will definitely add a prayer for Lilli's kitty tonight. But, I am sure you are probably right about Tom-catin' around. I had a kitten named Sunshine when I was little that used to do the same thing. I was always so worried about him-- until we got him fixed.
Let us know when he comes back home...
Praying here in KC Lilli!
Love,
Leila and family
As you've read, Zippy's home, safe and sound. Our doctor has agreed to go ahead and have Zippy neutered (they can do it as early as 17 weeks, but prefer for the kitten to be 6 months) Zippy's 19 weeks... so off to the vet he goes tomorrow! Vet thinks he's already ready!
Lilli (... and Mommy & Daddy) thanks you for your safe return prayers. More prayers for surgery and recovery are most welcome!!
XO,
Jen
