This weekend was beautiful, but a bit chilly in eastern NC. We had hoped that we would be able to attend the AWAA National Reunion, but did not register in time. Our travel friend Becky invited us to stay with her, but the cards weren’t in our favor to attend to event. Becky… we will see each other soon, I promise!
I asked my beautiful niece Liesel to come over on Saturday afternoon to watch Lilli while I did some organizing and sorting. I was able to get so much accomplished… I couldn’t believe it! Danny had to patrol our shopping mall Saturday, so the extra help was very much appreciated.
Liesel and Lilli had a great time together. After watching an Angelina Ballerina dvd that Lilli’s Aunt Boo (thanks Suzanne!) gave her, they headed outside to enjoy the sunshine. They decorated our driveway with sidewalk chalk. I love it... so pretty! 
Thanks again Liesel... We love you a bunch & Lilli misses you already.

How sweet of Liesel! I love that name, by the way. It makes me think of Sound of Music- one of my all-time favorites!
Lilli looks just beautiful! I wish you lived closer so Lilli could teach our Lily how to love coloring! I keep trying. Maybe someday she will enjoy it as much as I do. Until then, we just keep making sticker art!
Liesel is the bestest babysitter! We love her too :-)
