When I picked Lilli up from school yesterday, she was sporting a new "look". A black eye. All evidence points towards a toy truck, sand box and a friendly push from a classmate. I asked her about it and she said, "Accident Mah-mah, accident. I cry!"
I'm so thankful that it hasn't gotten any darker. It's a minor injury... and bruised or not, she's still my beautiful ladybug princess!
I can't wrap her in bubble wrap, can I?

If only we could wrap them in bubble wrap! You are correct she is still a very beautiful ladybug and always will be. So glad that she wasn't hurt any worse.
It will be the first of many. Hang on for the ride of your life my dear friend. She will survive and so will you. So precious she looks......too cute.
