What a busy, busy few days...

My apologies for a lack of posts lately! There has been so much has been going on and I have had very little time in the evenings to work on my blog.
We were invited to help celebrate our friend Jackson’s 6^th birthday. Jackson was adopted from China about two months after we returned with Lilli. We had a great time at his party and loved watching the kids play a wide variety of games… everything from "Balloon Pop" to a Three-Legged Sack Race. The Heaths are such a great family and we are so fortunate to have them living nearby...Lilli and I also enjoyed “Holly Days”! Following the Christmas tree lighting on the courthouse steps, our community has a holiday kick-off with horse-drawn carriage rides, train rides, Christmas caroling and hot cocoa. Needless to say, it’s a lot of fun!! My best friend Martha and her son Samuel went with us.We are also trying to enjoy the outdoor weather, because it’s going to get cold soon.After all of that… we enjoyed a little decorating! I love to get my little house all lit up Christmas… ....and boy, oh boy, do I love the holidays! Only 20 more days until Christmas y’all!!Hope everyone is well… ((HUGS))
