So many folks have asked for an update about Lilli's nose, so this "Thankful Thursday" I am happy to report - that there's nothing to report... as in NO NOSE BLEEDS! Well, except for one about a week & a half after the procedure when she went down the slide at school and wanted to "fly". She went face first into the dirt, not catching herself at the bottom because she believed that if she held her arms out she'd stay airborne... my child!!! :o)
Lilli's injury was mild and so was her nose bleed. Her teacher said it only took a few minutes to stop and her doctor thinks it was just a scab breaking loose. Phewwwww! So... so far, so good, and for that I am VERY THANKFUL!! Lilli goes for her final follow-up appointment next week. I am over the moon to have this behind us (fingers crossed)... it's been a long, tough road.
