I've gotta admit, this past weekend wasn't a great one.
Lilli was miserable, running a fever & cranky... Mommy was miserable, running a fever & cranky... and Daddy was miserable because he had to deal with a 2 cranky crabby-patties. (BTW, I don't have chicken pox yet! I can hear a stop watch in my head... tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick!!!)
Y'all won't believe it!!! Lilli had a "fresh crop" of pox pop up this morning. About 7 total, clustered together and they looked "angry"... kind of like they were ticked off because they weren't invited to the first chickenpox party!!
Long story short, Little Miss Polka-Dot has a 2nd "bout" of chickenpox coming on... I never knew this was possible, but apparently, if your immune system is weak, it can happen. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL... we found out at Lilli's doctor's appointment this morning that she also has a double ear infection, as well as the beginning stages of bronchitis. Y'all, I promise I take really good care of her... & I am so very careful about sanitizing everything... ALL THE TIME! I am a total germ-a-phob, so I carry antibacterial everything in my purse. My husband will quickly tell you that I personally keep "Clorox" and "Lysol" in business.

She only has one chicken pock on her face, which you can barely see. I think it was covered with calamine lotion! I can't remember...but I think this video is from Friday. All my days are a blur right now...
Pray for us, my dear prayer warriors... pray! I am so worried about my sweet Lilli-bug. Her little immune system is shot! Things will get better, right?!!

We will definitely be continuing to pray!!! Poor Lilli! That video is too cute, and guess what--- Lily is doing the same thing in the car. She looks the same way that Lilli does- bobbing her head, mouthing words, actually singing them sometimes, and kicking her feet. Lily even says "again, again" and pretends to reach for the buttons on the CD player for us to play her favorite Steven Curtis Chapman song which is #8 over and over and over again.
I love how they do the same things!

So sorry to hear that Lilli has a 2nd bout of chicken pox coming on. I will definitely continue to pray that her chicken pox will go away as soon as possible. Love the video. Could we have a musician in the making?
