Wishing everyone a Merry (belated) Christmas!! This will be part 1 of a 3 part post series… I've been so lazy over the Christmas holiday, only posting on Christmas Eve.
So let’s begin… We had a busy holiday, beginning the day of Christmas Eve. We had a late lunch of fried Turkey and ham at my brother John & sister-in-law Michele’s home. WOW…what a spread!!! After lunch, we exchanged gifts with my sister Susan and the kids, who were heading back home that afternoon. My brother, sister and I also presented our parents their Christmas gifts.
Lilli got a pair of Hello Kitty jammie’s and Hello Kitty hat & glove set from Aunt Sue-Sue, Unc Jay, John and Caroline. She was so excited!!
She also got a pink Disney Princess guitar from Uncle John & Aunt Michele! She's a natural playing it too... LOVES IT!!!!
Later, we had Lilli’s Grandma (Danny’s Mom) over for dinner. I cooked a Rump Roast with roasted potatoes, carrots and fresh snap green beans… oh, & hot butter rolls. DELISH! I’ve got to say, it’s one of my favorite meals to prepare and it is soooooooooo easy!!
Grandma gave Lilli lots of clothes, roller skates and a pink Disney Princess Laptop! She really hit it out of the ballpark! Lilli loved all her gifts and I think she’d sleep in her roller skates if she could. :o)
Stay tuned for more pics of Christmas Day and SNOW pics from the 26th!!! Yes, we got TONS of it… we were completely blanketed... 8+ inches in my front yard. So pretty!
