Mom's everywhere get this "feeling" everytime their children skin their knees or spike high fevers! As a new Mom, I have been having this "feeling" since Friday, and it doesn't look like it's going to be going away for a while...
Sweet Lilli isn't feeling so great. Beginning on July 4th (without going into too much detail) Lilli had "digestive issues" bad enough that we called her doctor. Danny and I even debated whether we should carry her to the emergency room.
After speaking with her doctor our nerves were somewhat put at ease, as she assured us that Lilli should be fine. Dr. Collins wanted to schedule an exam on Monday however. Yesterday, at Lilli's appointment, we found out that Lilli has some "scar tissue" that may be causing her discomfort when she is going to the bathroom. (Lilli will be thrilled that I am reporting this to all of you!!) 
Anyhow, Lilli has been referred to a pediatric gastroenterologist, but (get this) the appointment is a few months away!!! Apparently, there aren't very many pediatric gastroentrologist in NC and there is a huge demand for appointments.
