Yesterday, Danny, Lilli and I went to Steve's (my boss) home for a pool party. His family recently moved into a new home and wanted to have a few of us over to go swimming.
Everything was lovely!!! Wendy (Steve's wife) made a wonderful salmon salad and delicious gaspatchio soup. Wendy's parents have recently moved to Kinston from the Chicago area, so it was fun meeting them. The whole family is so nice... very gracious! Thanks for having us over... the day was absolutely perfect!!
Also, we finally received the portraits that we had taken of Lilli a month ago... I will try to get some of them scanned in and will post them tomorrow. I think they turned out really well, especially since Miss Lilli would NOT sit still!!! What do you expect from a 1 year old though!?!?
