We had the good fortune of being invited to pick grapes at a co-worker's home this week. Steve's daughter Emilyne was home for the evening from college. She's such a sweetie and took extra time with Lilli. They carried Lilli's sand bucket around and filled it up, dumping it into a bigger bucket. Thanks for being so special Emi! Lilli talked about "Em-zyme" the whole way home. I just love these pictures.
I also wanted to post a few photos from Labor Day weekend. Again, we went over to Steve's house for a little get-together. As always, the food was delicious!! Steve's wife Wendy played with Lilli all day long! She pulled musical instruments and a chalkboard easel out of the attic and Lilli had a blast!!
She really went out of her way to entertain Lilli. When we left that afternoon, Lilli was calling Wendy... "my Wendy". And later when we said Lilli's night-night prayers, Lilli said, "God bless "my Wendy"!" Melted my heart! It's good to have such special folks like the Guzorek family in my daughter's life!
