What a great weekend! On Saturday, we traveled to Wilmington to see my sister and brother-in-law. Lilli loves her Aunt Sue-Sue and Uncle Jay. I think she has them wrapped around her little finger too! We went out on Jay’s boat to Masonboro Inlet, halfway between Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach.
We had our own little private stretch of beach.
At one point, Lilli ran around naked! :o)
It was soooo peaceful. The weather was perfect. Only about 85° and not a cloud in the sky!!
Danny, Jay and Susan did a little surf fishing! Nothing caught was "legal", so they played catch and release all day. It was still lots of fun!
Later, we headed back to Susan & Jay’s home for a delicious dinner and a little relaxation. Lilli and Uncle Jay played... and played... and played!
Needless to say, 5 minutes out of their driveway, Lilli was sound asleep... snoring! Thanks for a wonderful day y'all!!

I love Carolina Beach....so relaxing there! Love the picture of Lili walking in the sand with here head turned and the wind in her face...so pretty!
What a good time was had by all!! What a gorgeous portion of beach you had too!! So glad you were able to relax and just enjoy being with and and just being a family.
