Happy Monday!

Just a few more days of work for me this week... YIPPEE!! I love my job, but so look forward to spending time with my family and friends over the Christmas holidays!
As usual, Lilli was ready to go see her friends at school this morning! I can't begin to adequately tell you how much she adores going to daycare & there is always so much for her to do! She runs through a list of her friend's names as we make our way out the door! It's so precious!
I could just eat those cheeks up!
I was able to complete all my shopping this weekend! Normally, I have everything done before the end of October... but this year has been an exception to the rule.
We had a quick visit with my dear college friend Julie and her daughter Anna Parker on Saturday afternoon, as they were passing through town for a family Christmas get-together. Saturday night Lilli and Danny had date night, as I had Holly Ball to attend for Carolina Junior Cotillion. Sunday morning was our annual "Lessons & Carols" service at church, which is always beautiful. After church we stopped by to see Uncle John, Aunt Michele and Erica. They gave Lilli a Santa Elf outfit to wear on Christmas day. Thanks so much y'all! Lilli going to look so adorable in it!
Speaking of Santa, Lilli is going to have a fantastic Christmas. Santa is going to bring sweet Lilli LOTS & LOTS of goodies! She has been a VERY GOOD GIRL!! We are so looking forward to our first Christmas as a family! Ahhhh, the word "family" has such a nice ring to it!!!
We've had Lilli's BIG Christmas present for almost 4 years now, a kitchen set. I CAN'T WAIT to see her reaction! I bought it at a Relay for Life silent auction. My parents have been gracious enough to let us store it in their attic... (Note to self: get kitchen set out of parent's attic and "dust off" Wednesday night!!)
((hugs)) to everyone... have a blessed Monday!

She is so precious! How absolutely beautiful!

We are in the process of adopting a child, so I love to read about other people's experiences! Thank you for sharing!

You are correct. The word family now includes our daughters. What a wonderful holiday we are going to have this year and every year from now on. Don't forget to get the kitchen from your mom and dads house.

Love Ya
